I have a 2002 dodge sport mini van.155,000mi.The oil has gas in it.plugs are black.what is wrong?

van would not start.I changed the oil,there was gas in oil.plugs were fouled(black).Is it the fuel pump or injector?

its either the injectors leaking on it or the regulator has gone bad and caused the injectors to leak,id check the regulator first on it,they do go bad sometimes and cause that too happen,good luck on it.
