New generation of Mini Car from BMW has occupied a mini space of the Us showrooms first at 2007. With an expect able flaw in the back seat leg-room as mini car, It’s now more fuel economic and offers far more flexible smooth handling. Even though BMW mini is only a portion of the big sized sedans, but sitting on a tiny cockpit of this big cachet mini car you just need to put your feet on the accelerator with little bit of your weight. Just with this little effort this little boy can run beyond the big boys within a minute.
This new generation BMW is not redesigned by its exterior look and features, instead it is introduced for more exhilarating driving experience. But as it’s a BMW new generation car there is some minor tweaking on its exterior design. Significant care was taken by BMW engineers on its power and smooth handling. It’s now with a more controllable steering and this all new BMW mini engine generates more unit of horse power. Everything of innovation is focused on the power generation and the fuel economy of the BMW Minis second generation. Its acceleration is 100kph within 7.1 second which is far more improved than other mini car. With this agility engine generates 170 horse power of energy.
As all mini car manufactures compete each other to be more ahead in fuel economy. BMW mini car is very intelligently designed to get on less fuel to drive more mileage. European test is recorded about 6.9 liters fuel for 100 kilometer riding on BMW mini. BMW engineers names it S engine. It is claimed by the engineers that this S engine delivers the efficient torque quicker and faster than BMW’s first generation Mini S engine. This great efficiency of torque generation is result of conversion of first generation supercharged BMW mini engine into Turbocharged S engine. The pulling power of this little boy of BMW is much more sufficient in even in 3rd gear to whipping around the curves. Such agility you might experience with other high tech sporty cars. The all new second generation of the BMW mini is little bit bigger than its older version. There is addition of 60 millimeter in the front end which makes a starting price tag of $21,850 from its old starting price tag of $18000. Its front end is now more safety for the pedestrian.
